Terms and Conditions of Payment

1. The conference fee amount is not negotiable.

2. Your registration form constitutes a legally binding contract.

3. You are legally obliged to make payment for all fees as applicable by your registration on or before the payment deadline.

4. Failure to pay on or before the stipulated payment deadline, you are responsible to acknowledge the treasurer via najihahm@uitm.edu.my, otherwise your participation is considered null and void.

5. Participant who cancels the participation after the last registration date must pay the whole amount of the invoice price.
